I’m Myles, a dreamer, inspirer and believer in the synchronous magic of life. While I was blessed with innumerable advantages from Day 1 (born a white cis-male in America with access to clean drinking water, shelter, ample food and general freedom), I have endured challenges since I busted out of my Mom’s vagina on October 9th, 1987. I believe my perspective on life may be helpful to others, plus I’m a shameless self-promoter, so this is my blog, and my sincere hope is that it helps people live their best life today.
I’m a writer specializing in inspirational and human interest content. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Journalism and Anthropology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) in 2010.
I’m a motivational speaker who aims to touch, move and inspire other humans. I grew up in an alcoholic household in rural Vermont and experienced the tragic and sudden passing of both my parents at a young age. I’ve done years of recovery and grief work, but know it’s a day at a time process. It’s my personal mission and privileged duty to share my experience, strength and hope with you, your company, your students, or whomever needs to be uplifted.
I’m a professional male model, who’s been working in the New York market since 2011. I came all the way from Brookline, Vermont to do this thing and live my dream. I’ve been fortunate to work with clients like New Balance, PETA, Ciroc, Elite Daily, Esquire, Amazon, Smirnoff, Ray Ban, British GQ, Wall Street Journal, Jagermeister, Absolut, Apple, Bloomberg Business Week and HBO’s Girls to name a few.
Thank you for taking time to read my writing.
